Full-Stack Web Development
I build complete web apps, from the interface people click on down to the database behind it. Most of my work is in React, Next.js and TypeScript on the frontend, with Node.js, Express and NestJS running the backend.
Backend & API Engineering
I build the APIs a product actually runs on: clean REST endpoints, sign-in with email or Google, and permission systems that keep admins, vendors and everyday users in their own lanes.
Database Design & Optimization
I design and tune the databases that hold everything together, across PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB. When queries start slowing down as the data grows, I'm the one who tracks down why and fixes it.
Payment Integration
I integrate payments with any gateway a business runs on, from Paystack to Stripe to Flutterwave and beyond. The work covers subscriptions, one-off charges and wallet systems, plus the parts people forget, like making sure a customer never gets charged twice when the network drops mid-transaction.
AI-Powered Features
I build AI into products, from WhatsApp support bots to agentic systems and retrieval setups like my Docusense project. I work with whatever model fits, OpenAI, Claude or anything else, and tune it on your own data so it answers from what you actually have instead of guessing.
DevOps & Deployment
I set up the pipeline that moves code from my machine to production, with automated builds and deployments through GitHub Actions and Docker. I'm not tied to any single host and can deploy anywhere a project needs to live, from managed platforms to your own cloud servers, so shipping an update stops being a manual, nerve-racking process.

2026 – Present | Hybrid · ContractStack: TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Jenkins- Onboarding: Built the core onboarding backend (registration, authentication, BVN verification, customer tiering, and account provisioning via financial processor integrations), so users could be verified and given funded-ready accounts end to end.
- Investments & payouts: Built the investment and returns workflows, including monthly and annual payouts, using idempotency keys so retries and network failures never produced duplicate financial operations.
- Device security: Designed single-device login: each successful sign-in issues a device token stored in Redis; signing in on a new device triggers an email asking the owner to allow or block it, then a one-time verification code over WhatsApp, after which the new device is trusted and the old one is signed out — protecting customers from account takeover.
- Admin access: Implemented granular admin role-based access control, giving operations teams exactly the access they need and nothing more.
- Partner APIs: Developed APIs across a microservices architecture, including API-key and webhook integrations for external partners and automated ZeptoMail notifications, which removed manual email work.

- Real-time chat: Designed and implemented a real-time chat system using WebSockets and Socket.IO, enabling direct communication between customers, technicians, and administrators without relying on phone calls or external WhatsApp conversations for routine support and coordination.
- Payments: Took ownership of the Paystack payment integration for customer subscriptions and inspection payments, redesigning the flow and implementing idempotency handling to eliminate duplicate-transaction issues.
- Technician wallet: Designed and rebuilt the technician wallet system, enabling fund requests, approvals, and direct bank withdrawals — cutting technician support calls by an estimated 80%+ for urgent funding needs (equipment purchases, urgent inspections, etc.).
